Terms and Conditions for Wedding Photography Packages

 1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Booking Fee:A non-refundable booking fee of 25% of the total package price is required to secure your wedding date. This is due upon booking. This fee will be deducted from the total package cost.

1.2 Payment Schedule: The remaining balance is due one month before the wedding date. Failure to make the final payment on time may result in cancellation of services.

1.3 Methods of Payment: Payments can be made via bank transfer. All payments must be cleared before the service date.​

 

2. Cancellation and Refunds

2.1 Client Cancellation: If the client cancels the booking more than 30 days before the wedding date, all payments made, excluding the non-refundable booking fee, will be refunded. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of the wedding date.

2.2 Photographer Cancellation: If Bull's Eye Moment Photography cancels the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund including the booking fee may be provided.

 

3. Rescheduling

3.1 Client Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule the wedding date must be made at least 90 days in advance. The new date is subject to availability. A rescheduling fee of £100 will apply.

3.2 Photographer Rescheduling: If Bull's Eye Moment Photography needs to reschedule due to an emergency, the client will be notified as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate the new date without additional charges.

 

 4. Service Coverage

4.1 Photography Coverage: The hours of coverage stated in the package will commence at the agreed start time and end at the agreed end time. Additional coverage hours are available at an extra cost.

4.2 Second Photographer: If a second photographer is added as an extra service, their coverage will be coordinated to ensure all important moments are captured.

 

5. Image Delivery

5.1 Digital Images: High-resolution digital images will be delivered within 6-8 weeks of the wedding date via a private online gallery and a USB drive.

5.2 Editing: All delivered images will be professionally edited. Raw images will not be provided.

5.3 Albums and Prints: If included or purchased as an add-on, albums and prints will be delivered within 12 weeks after the client has selected their preferred images.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1 Shot List: The client is encouraged to provide a list of specific shots they would like captured. However, Bull's Eye Moment Photography does not guarantee that every image on the list will be taken.

6.2 Event Schedule: The client must provide a detailed schedule of the wedding day to ensure all key moments are captured.

6.3 Permissions: The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for photography at the wedding and reception venues.

 

7. Photographer’s Responsibilities

7.1 Professional Conduct: Bull's Eye Moment Photography will perform the services in a professional manner and strive to capture high-quality images of the event.

7.2 Equipment: The photographer will bring and use high-quality camera equipment and backup gear to ensure coverage of the event.

7.3 Image Storage: Bull's Eye Moment Photography will store images for up to one year after the event. Clients are advised to make their own backups of delivered images.

 

8. Liability

8.1 Limit of Liability: In the unlikely event of severe medical, natural, or other emergencies, Bull's Eye Moment Photography will make every effort to secure a replacement photographer. If a replacement is not found, liability is limited to a full refund of any payments received.

8.2 Image Damage: In the unlikely event that images are lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons beyond Bull's Eye Moment Photography’s control, liability may be limited to the return of all payments received for the package.

 

9. Usage Rights

9.1 Client Usage: The client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, and worldwide license to use the delivered images for personal use.

9.2 Photographer Usage: Bull's Eye Moment Photography reserves the right to use the images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website galleries, social media, and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

10. Agreement

10.1 Acceptance of Terms: By booking a wedding photography package with Bull's Eye Moment Photography, the client agrees to the above terms and conditions.
